Come out and Support “CURE SMA Walk n’ Roll”
One of our students in Edison Public Schools has Spinal Muscular Atrophy(SMA), and is currently receiving homeschooling and related services in his home. His mom is trying to get him into a SMA clinical trial, but needs to raise $15,000 in order for him to be considered. She is holding a “Cure SMA Walk n Roll” event on Saturday, June 25, 2016, in Edison, NJ. TTT would like to assemble a team to show our support for this young boy and his family.

SMA (spinal muscular atrophy) is a disease that robs people of physical strength by affecting the motor nerve cells in the spinal cord, taking away the ability to walk, eat, or breathe. It is the number one genetic cause of death for infants.
S\SMA affects approximately 1 in 10,000 babies, and about 1 in every 50 Americans is a genetic carrier. SMA can affect any race or gender.
